Production
At Jyden Workwear A/S we produce the main part of our product range in the Far East, primarily in Vietnam. Furthermore we are able to produce specific styles and customer related models in Poland together for a small surcharge. Production in Poland enables us to reduce our time of delivery.
Quality is a key word which means that we have a very strict quality control. We test every single roll of denim for defects as well as shrinkage. This will ensure a uniform size and an impeccable product. We are also regularly inspecting our consignments both at the place of production and when they arrive in Aalborg.
Usually we have the fabrics as well as the ready made garments tested at the Danish Technological Institute as well as the Hohenstein Institute in Germany. They test a.o. the colour fastness, the fastness to light as well as the wearability. In addition to these tests we also very often have our customers test the garments in use and washing. This guarantees them high quality garments regarding design, functionality and wearability.
