HACCP
Jyden Workwear’s HACCP programme has been tested at the Hohenstein Institute in Germany and is certified according to the DIN 10524. The certification ensures that the clothing fulfils the hygienic demands on workwear for the food industry. Furthermore the certification guarantees the comfort of the clothes.
The directions are divided into three safety levels. Our HACCP program has been certified for all three levels and may therefore be used within the food industry. The clothing also fulfills all the highest pharmaceutical demands with the exception of a „Clean-Room“
Level 1:
Low hygiene risk: Non-perishable foodstuffs. The protective function is less important as the food is protected by the packing.
Level 2:
High hygiene risk: Unpacked perishable foodstuffs. The clothing is to provide a high level of safety and protection especially where the food is not refined and sterilized. This level also comprises food that is refined at a later stage.
Level 3:
Highest hygiene risk: Perishable foodstuffs that cannot be stabilized technologically, and where the micro-organisms may be pathogenic. The clothing must provide a very efficient protection.
